01 — Overview
Qawarir is a platform for ordering drinking-water refills and having them delivered. It brings three types of users into one system: customers who order water, filling stations that prepare and manage those orders, and delivery agents who fulfil them.
02 — The Challenge
Ordering refill water is usually a phone call and a guess at when it will arrive. Stations track orders on paper, and there is no clean handoff to whoever is doing the delivery. Nothing shares a single source of truth.
03 — The Solution
One platform with a dedicated experience for each role. Customers place and track orders. Stations receive orders, manage their catalogue and queue, and assign runs. Delivery agents get their assigned runs and update status as they go. Everything is built from one Flutter and Dart codebase, so the same product runs on Android, iOS and the web, with full right-to-left support.
