Mobile App Development

Cross-platform apps from one codebase — Android, iOS and web.

I build mobile applications with Flutter — one codebase that ships to Android, iOS and the web. Qawarir is the clearest example: a three-role logistics platform for customers, stations and delivery agents, running from a single Flutter and Dart codebase.

01 — The Problem

Building and maintaining separate native apps for Android and iOS doubles the work and the bugs. For most business apps, that cost isn't necessary.

02 — The Solution

Flutter gives one codebase that compiles to Android, iOS and web with native performance. I design the data model and role logic once, and the same application runs everywhere it needs to.

03 — What's Included

  • Cross-platform app from a single Flutter codebase
  • Role-based flows when an app serves more than one type of user
  • Data model and state shared cleanly across roles
  • Integration with your backend or APIs
  • Arabic / right-to-left support where needed
  • App store deployment guidance

04 — Process

  1. 01

    Define the roles

If the app serves more than one kind of user, each role gets designed as its own experience — not one screen with hidden buttons.

  2. 02

    Design the shared data model

One source of truth underneath every role's interface.

  3. 03

    Build the core flow

The one loop that has to work — order, booking, delivery — built completely before anything secondary.

  4. 04

    Layer in each role's interface

Built on the shared Flutter codebase, not duplicated per platform.

  5. 05

    Test on real devices, ship

Android, iOS and web from the same build.

05 — Technologies

  • Flutter
  • Dart
  • REST APIs

07 — FAQ

Why Flutter instead of native Android/iOS?
One codebase for Android, iOS and web means less duplicated logic, fewer places for bugs to diverge, and a faster path to shipping on every platform at once. For most business apps the trade-offs favour it clearly.
Can the app have different experiences for different user types?
Yes — that's the Qawarir pattern: customer, station and delivery-agent roles each get their own interface, sharing one data model underneath.
Do you handle app store submission?
I prepare the build and guide you through submission to the Play Store and App Store; the store accounts themselves stay under your ownership.
